Pet Policy

  • The community has no pet weight limits and is happy to welcome most dog breeds.
  • Please note that because certain dogs do not thrive in a community environment, we cannot accommodate the following breeds (or dogs resembling or being comprised of these breeds): Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, Pitbull, Canary Mastiff, Rottweiler, and wolf hybrid.
  • Exotic / farm animals are not allowed.
